On Arizona RP server there is special organization (something like media), other players send them advertisments (ex.: buy car, sell car, etc.) — they edit and confirm it, and after that this ad shows in chat for everybody.
So they edit this ads in samp default dialog, and this script change this dialog with small features like: clean inputbar, confirming by pressing 'enter' and deleting by pressing 'esc' and others...
I'm sure you don't need that, actually.

Btw, it's russian, bro, there are alot of trobles with translating russian slang.
