GTA slowmotion problem

When i put damageheart.cs or killstatus.cs in my cleo my gta becomes slow and scripts doesnt work, i tried cleo v4.3 and v4.1, somebody help?

what scripts you have in gta besides damageheart.cs and killstatus.cs. Maybe conflict in scripts. lua, cs, sf

I tried with empty cleo map also, im not using moonloader and sf doesnt work for me

I have xd from 2005 to 2017 and also have net framework

Install another not standart GTA, maybe the problem is in the files. Download ready-made so as not to steam. I also had this, put another one and everything worked and did not freeze.
