у меня бывает открываешь карту и сразу краш, бывает краш когда 2-3 раза под ряд откроешь карту

это из-за модов, инфа сотка

Дефолт GTA , SF, Cleo 4.1, moon, тоже самое.
Только не краш , а намертво виснит GTA

I also tried attaching a debugger to see what was going on, couldn't figure out much, here's a screenshot

Using:
Windows XP SP3 (C++ Redist packages installed: 2005 , 2008 , 2010 , 2012 , 2013 , 2015 )
SAMP Funcs 5.3.3
CLEO 4.3

сleo 4.3 delete and install 4.1. Why u don't use Win 7+?

Changed cleo version to 4.1 , It keeps showing the same error. I can't use win 7 due to hardware limitations

@Ecl1ptr0n that's weird, your logs looks pretty fine... i test every release of moonloader on windows xp and had no problems with v.023. so i can only assume that this problem caused because of conflicts with other mods. what asi mods do you have?
also, your gta is installed in program files - this also sometimes causes problems with permissions, try move your gta to some other directory, D:\Games\GTA, for example.
and the last thing i can think of is that problem in your os, try installing the latest updates (not another windows, just updates for xp).

d3d9.dll (Glance mod (lightweight s0beit))

Current ASI Loader: Silent's ASI Loader

Already tried removing all the unrequired asi plugins (everything except cleo / sampfuncs), also removed all cleo scripts. Nothing changes.

Also, no windows xp sp3 updates are available (I guess I'm up to date).

Checked access permissions using procmon, nothing indicating access denial.

Update:
Apparently the issue is somehow caused by the asiloader, tried reinstalling CLEO 4.1 and running gta with stock CLEO asi loader, SAMPFUNCS / Crashes.asi / MoonLoader.asi fail to load (basically everything except CLEO.asi). I tried JernejL's and Silent's ASI loader, both show the same error (screenshot above) upon running. @FYP

Update2:
Fixed it, you were right @FYP , the Program Files directory was causing access errors, don't know why it would do that but anyway, I changed GTA's directory to C:\Games\GTA - San Andreas and everything is running as intended. :)

Я провел тесты, короче, не из-за скрипта вылетает, а именно из-за moonloadera. Потому что сам скрипт удалил, но moonloader оставил, и все равно вылетело. Что делать?

для начала можешь скинуть лог и убедиться, что gta_sa.exe у тебя версии 1.0us
ещё можешь полистать тему, тут уже писали что надо делать если вылетает.

После установки мунлоадера - очень часто закрывается процесс игры при ее разворачивании, либо нажатии esc.
Полистал тему, никаких самп аддонов у меня не стоит, только последний SF и Cleo.
Удалил мунлоадер - вылеты пропали, хоть затыкай эту esc. Поставил обратно и тут же вылетел.

Вот точно такая же проблема, прям один в один, муна нет, вылетов нет, как только поставил, сразу при запуске игры, вылитает....
