Anyone can help me for make some script bindcuff.lua for automatic when suspect got tazed by police for arrest him ? ex.. Suspect has been forced to the ground after hit with a tazer, then script will automatic read the text and will typing /cuff id automatic .

this a text has been hit with tazer. anyone can help me ?
