Тупо когда пытаюсь скачать библеотеки aiogram выходит такая ошибка
Была такая ошибка с библеотекой mediapy или как там

Скорее всего ошибка в том что ты используешь телефон, а там не поддерживается стандартный менеджер пакетов RUST. Если уж так хочется ищи другую библиотеку
