CLEO - crasher when you're driving a car

A lot of time ago I saw here vehicle cheat, when being driver with our passengers in vehicle, we can crash them from the game with "out of world bonds" effect. Does anyone know that cheat?

Using? Keep caps-lock for that effect. I forgot the name.
