Proxy and Samp

How can i connect proxy to work with samp? i saw Naruto's samp ip changer but it won't work with the proxies i use.. I use 911.re proxies and they dont create new adapter like VPN's and i don't know where to find IPv4 address..

When i write ipconfig in CMD, i see my router information, not the proxy information

Server disabled famous VPN access (NordVpn, Hide.me etc.)
I use paid proxies and i want to use it with samp but i dont know how.
