It works though but the script is like Airbreak for other Players that can see you and the video is on above is 100% shit because that doesn't show if the script is Sync so the answer is It's not Sync for players , it is like airbreaking in the water (I am saying for who thinks it is...) as you can see in the proof on below , you should fix those few bugs LOL.

Note: Make sure you don't forget to disable this Function in your s0beit because you will drop in the water while the function is enabled so if you won't make this happen, do this following..(F11 > GTA Patches > Walk/Drive Under water = Turn it Off [ENTER]) Or go to your mod_sa.ini in your Gta sa Directory , Search in the notepad this "patch[] = "Walk/drive under water"
Change the 1 to 0 (like this "&0 1" to "&0 0" it will be like this onfoot

then it will be automatically off , it means you can connect to the game with the function disabled...

1 means Yes(enable function) and 0 is No(disable Function)
