This is a "silent" version that occasionally let some bullets hit.If you are interested in this kind of GM you should search "ГМ с облетом пуль"
Here you can download one of those from blast.hk.I dont think there are any modern variations of those since they've been patched long time ago.Basic principal of how it works, i think ,it makes your client think bullets fly in a different direction then you.

По нему просто не попадают пули.Я думаю если бы попадали была бы и анимка
