Ways to avoid this

On the server where I play, when I steal someone's locked vehicle, I am automatically kicked from the server. I wonder if there is any way to avoid this. I've tried many NOPS and none have worked, unfortunately.
I already have moon loader, samp funcs, cleo 4.3 and mg funcs. Thank you guys.

But mgfuncs don't work on SAMP 0.3.7.

It's anticheat. Need search a hole in this.
