у меня итак всё на ультрах. Я пытался и запустить чистую гта и с jernel l's и silent's asi loader только loader и bullethole - нифига

Поставь все либы visual c++. Где то чел писал что помогло

У меня стоят все либы c++, 2005 x86 x64, 2008 x86 x64, 2010 x86 x64, 2012 x86 x64, 2013 x86 x64, 2015-2019 x86 x64. Попробую установить 2015 и 2017 по отдельности мож поможет
