SAMPFUNCS Help

Hello, i installed SAMPFUNCS 5.4.1 and CLEO4, but when i run samp nothing happens. When i add CLEO file that requires SF, SAMP crashes me on loading. I tried with 5.3.3 as well with all other SAMP versions, same problem happens everytime. I also tried to run the game as administrator but doesn't help.

I have DirectX11 on Windows and C++ 2005 Redistributable but SAMPFUNCS still doesn't load
