EN: On payday, it becomes possible to start the Gang War, but when the chat says "Capture the Shegadzlebat 5-60 Wamis Shualedshi" the server generates random a time between 5 to 60 seconds and when the generated time expires the player can use / capture. And how do I write this script in Lua?
