Мониторинг дискорд

Помогите пожалуйста, задаюсь таким вопросом можно ли сделать мониторинг онлайна сервера самп в активность бота дискорд, просто давно играл в раст и видел в дискорд каналах что висят боты и в их активности написан онлайн сервера в игре
