RakNet Help C++

I try to start a project from 0 with RakNet framework included with Visual Studio 2019 (Visual Studio 2015 - Windows XP (v140_xp)).
Everytime when i try to compile the project, i get these errors.

-> The raknet folder is get from here: https://github.com/cizaquita/FakeSAMP/tree/master/raknet
-> The raknet folder is included in project
-> Additional Include Directories have the path to raknet folder
-> Character Set is set to "Not Set"
-> Additional Dependencies have ws2_32.lib
So, what's wrong?

You can exclude EmailSender.cpp from project. It is not important
