Hello Blast.HK,
because of many of 'Old BE' Players asked me to recover/rework this project.. thats why I made decision to start working on it.
Current Build: 1.0.1.3 (Next ones will be probably shared at our community discord server.)
This is better s0beit with few functions (but still growing) reworked into ASI Plugin.
Features could be seen on videos posted below.

SA:MP Compatibility

Known Incompatibility
MoonLoader
some asi files which blocking BE mod from loading.

Installation
Put all files from [BE23Release_Build.1.0.1.3.rar/BE23Release_Build.1.0.1.3/be_to_extract.rar] into gta sa directory
Install [BE23Release_Build.1.0.1.3.rar/BE23Release_Build.1.0.1.3/be_to_install.rar/be_to_install/Fonts.rar/Fonts/*.ttf]

Ping Amplifier by katursis (Deactivated, but used for 65535 ping .asi inside rar file)

nah, ugbase is so slow with approving threads with projects like this.. 0x is almost everytime offline.. and thats normal I wanna share my project on another forums than just fokin ugbase with full of crying kids like you dont u think?
