download checkpoint and Fluder and put in the flooding delay command 12 seconds

by command i mean to activate / dezactivate the cleo, there is no command on server to spam it for checkpoint,exemple : /hackon, the cleo start teleport me until i dezactivate it just need 12 sec between cuz server kick you if your to fast,thats all,simple as that....
