    I think it happen because you installed betterskybox.lua in your moonloader without included texture of that skybox in modloader, try to delete betterskybox.lua , and this will remove that strange texture

    my gta having problem when there are so many player in stream, like 90 more player in area when using this plugin. It start showing removing player in chat dialog and stuck. Can you give me solution for this?
