[ENG] Unable to create SAMPFUNCS Folder. PLEASE HELP!

Hello Everyone, I started SAMP this morning, and this came up, everything was working fine before this, and I do not understand why did it come just now. Please help, reply with any possible solutions, pleaseeee!

Right Mouse Click to GTA folder > Options > Read only - uncheck

I did the thing, and now I have this error:

Also, I tried clicking "OK", and clicking X, it just doesn't run, and when I try to run it, then it starts, goes to the SAMP loading screen, and when it loads, it crashes, and again and again.
